Please join us in dedicating our new Little Free Library (LFL), which will host books on American Black history, authors, and artists - the first LFL with this focus in the Capital Region! Our goal is to promote Black culture, celebrating its rich & glorious contributions to our community and country.
Rev. Michael Bell of the historic Dyer-Phelps Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, Kendall Hicks, Exalted Ruler of the Frederick Allen Elks Lodge #609, and Saratoga Springs Mayor, the Honorable Ron Kim will lead our celebration.
Special thanks to the Veterans for Peace (Adirondack Chapter 147) and the Saratoga Peace Alliance, with funding from the Saratoga Coffee Traders, for collaboratively working with us to install our new library ... with the hope of promoting peace, healing and understanding in our Saratoga Springs community.
Little Free Libraries (LFL) are free “give and take” libraries for books, music, movies, and other such media. For more information: https://littlefreelibrary.org/
